We stayed in a room for three with our own bathroom, which was conveniently situated near the charming town center, a well-preserved medieval castle, and a museum.

This hotel is a hidden gem located in a medieval well-kept castle, which adds a touch of charm and history to your stay. The spacious rooms are tastefully decorated in a style that perfectly matches the castle ambiance. The attention to detail is impeccable, from the hair dryer in the bathroom to the wide selection of teas available at breakfast.

All aspects of our stay were great, nothing to complain about.

Great location for ski trips, with clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of sweets. the hotel has a charming atmosphere that makes me feel right at home. I especially enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff, who made my business trip run smoothly.

Bathroom facilities were quite outdated, but still functional. It can be difficult to navigate the tight spaces in the room without hitting your head on the wooden beams or chandelier.

The bed was comfortable and the view from the window was amazing. The cleanliness of the room was remarkable, as well as the kind and attentive staff, always willing to help with anything. The proximity to the city center and the main attractions made it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was delicious and it included a variety of tasty treats.

The room was very noisy and the walls were thin, which made it hard to have a romantic escape since we could hear everything from the other rooms. The location was hard to find and there was no clear indication of where the entrance was.

The hotel is located in a charming village and is well-positioned for a ski holiday in the Dolomites. The staff is super helpful and friendly, and the owner made us feel really at home. The rooms have a delightful old-world charm, and the breakfast provided was great.

No significant improvements needed at this hotel.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of a medieval castle in the center of town. The rooms are beautifully decorated in a style that perfectly complements the historical surroundings. I especially loved the attention to detail, from the low-hanging chandeliers to the wooden beams above the bathroom, which added a touch of charm. The friendly staff and their excellent service made me feel at home throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious items, including a generous pour of eiswein, which was a highlight of my visit.

    No negatives, everything was perfect!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel in a historic building. The location was great, right in the heart of the town's main plaza. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a spacious room that had a huge TV panel and a modern bathroom with a hair dryer. We also enjoyed the complimentary tea selection at breakfast, which was delicious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making sure that we had everything we needed. Parking was also easy and convenient.

    Can't think of anything.

Located in the heart of a charming town, the hotel is situated in the main plaza and center. the rooms are comfortable and cozy with new bathroom facilities and a great view of the square. the breakfast spread is varied with delicious sweets and offerings. the staff is friendly and accommodating, making sure guests feel at home and comfortable.

One minor issue we noticed was that some advertised room photos did not match the actual room style and feel.
